Propeller Picks ("the App") collects and processes the following types of information:

- Saved and Synced Data: Saved picks, tracked combos, watchlist items, preferences, and related product data may be stored on our servers and on your device so features work across sessions and devices.
- API Requests: When you browse analysis, review a slip, generate recommendations, or request AI insights, our backend receives the parameters needed to provide the requested feature.
- Acquisition and Analytics Data: We may collect campaign parameters, referring page, app events, device type, operating-system version, and diagnostic information to understand acquisition, improve the product, and fix reliability issues.
- Notifications: If you opt in to notifications, we process a push token and notification preferences to deliver alerts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide AI-powered sports analysis and recommendations
- Authenticate your account and sync eligible product data
- Remember your preferences and tracking history
- Improve the accuracy of our prediction models
- Monitor and fix technical issues
- Measure which product and acquisition experiences are useful
3. Data Storage and Security
Some information is stored locally on your device for app state and faster loading. Account information and eligible synced product data are also stored on our servers.
API communications are transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication credentials are protected using platform-appropriate secure storage and server-side access controls. We retain information only as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and protect against abuse.

- Expo / React Native: App framework and notification infrastructure
- Sports Data Providers: Odds, schedules, and player statistics used by the product
- Google Firebase: App analytics used to understand feature usage and reliability
- Sentry: Error and performance diagnostics
- RevenueCat and app stores: Subscription and entitlement management when paid mobile access is offered
- Google Gemini: Advanced analysis features; we limit requests to the data needed for the requested feature

The App provides informational sports analysis only. We do not facilitate, process, or handle any transactions. The App does not guarantee any outcomes. All analysis is for informational and entertainment purposes.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time by:
- Using "Delete Account" in the App's settings to request deletion of your account and associated server-side data
- Clearing the App's data through your device settings to remove locally stored data
- Uninstalling the App
